| Well greeted within the hotel though watch out a tuna sandwich will cost you about £5....
Really good night sleep comfortable and ideal ffor the traveller...
One other warning they may try and charge you twice for staying... |

| If you have a red flight or want the convenience of staying at the airport in comfortable and reasonably priced accommodation then this is the place. But don't eat here.... Food is grossly over priced! |

| Staff very accomodating - helped resolve major difficulties. Facilitated travel to local destinations. Free internet access on site - communicated personal safety. Noise level kept to minimum - car park and airport opposite Hotel. Quality of meals and service excellent. Enjoyed stay very much, used as a base and point of departure to meet up for oganised trip. |

| Was slightly concerned when reading reviews re staff and restaurant however found no grounds to support these concerns, resaurant food excellant friendly helpful staff. |

| The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was conveniently located for my business trip.
The service was lacking and in some cases quite rude. The food was mediocre at best.
If you can stop somewhere else then I would. |

| If you're flying into or out of BFS Airport (Belfast, George Best) this is a very convenient hotel location as it is 3 min walk to the terminal and 3 min walk to the Long Stay Car Park. Clean enough, comfortable and friendly service. P.S. Tip your waiter/waitress. |

| Very pleasant hotel, conveniently situated at the Airport and within easy reach of Belfast city centre. Hotel staff friendly and helpful.
